Greetings,
The good news is I was able to reproduce the WeatherFlash update problems with the historical file wflash2.txt. The bad news is I could not figure out why this was happening, although it appears the function was not getting enough priority. The good news is I boosted the priority and it has been working fine here for 3 days.

Hi Woody and xmas111,
The difference in time you are seeing is the fact that when you use the INTERNET | JPG FTP SETTINGS, the software must first make the jpeg and then upload it. The making of the jpeg is what takes so long. When you upload the directory, the jpeg is no longer created. About 80% of the time is related to making the image and 20% of the time is related to uploading the image.
That being said, I had mistakenly removed the FTP Priority function which I have now added back in in the next version.
