The first time I started 13.01p02 after install and reboot it hung up on me. I had a hard time getting it to shut down. The second time I started it everything worked fine. Glad to see the warnings back..... :-)

I have an issue. Upon OS restart after VWS upgrade (Successful), Language selection (Successful) the "General Display Setting" window will hang.
Any suggestions

After uninstall and reinstall, and carefully closing the prompt box for "General Setting" and "Mesonet", I was able to modify the setting and close the dialog boxes. UPGRADE COMPLETED!

Hi Ed
I have an idea for a new feature in a future version. How about auto scaling for the tank and thermometer graphics?????

It would be helpful if the comments on the blog carried the date as well as the time. Just a small thing.

Hoped VWS update would help but still having some problems. I have had odd problems with my Davis Wx Mntr II wireless over the past couple of months. Getting 227 mph instantaneous wind gusts, drops to -10 F (in ABQ, NM when 60 F out) and rain jumping to 0.67 in/ 10 minutes. My guess is RF interference. I thought the range function might allow for a max rate filter (no wind change over 100 mph in x minute time frame). Did I misunderstand how to use the range feature?

I am running V13.01p09. Can you tell me how to turn on my rate of change arrows? They are not showing on the displays that are supposed to show them according to the manual.

Thank you!

Paul.

I am running V13.01p09 and recently I have detected new problems with USB communication. The station works without problems but VWS don't recognize it.

Only Display Comm Ok has a green led. Status Communication OK never show a green led. No one of this solutions proposed in http://ambientweather.wikispaces.com/USB+Device+Stopped+Communicating%2C+WMR-100 runs.

Several users of VWS detected the same problem recently. What happens?

I haven't seen a post about 14.00, I'm using p24 running XP with an Davis pro Plus station. Since upgrading when I open VWS full screen it opens two boxes on the tool bar and when minimized only one goes away. If you double click on the second one it will bring up the program to full screen but not minimize it once it is full screen. If you right click and close it then it closes the program completely. It is annoying but doesn't seem to cause a problem.
